ADMINISTRATION
Our 12 member oversight board is composed of a board, Cross sec. of the community. The board meets monthly at the Carver community Center and oversees all operational and financial functions of the center. All monthly board meetings are open to the public.
Board of Directors:
The executive director Justine Smith is accountable to the board of directors for daily operations of the Carver community Center. This includes, but not limited to, staff selection and management, program design and administration, Financial administration and control and facilities management.
Executive Director:
The 13,030 Square foot facility was constructed in 1973 and includes three classrooms, a meeting room, a one thousand nine hundred seventy-two square foot multipurpose room with large stage and a full service kitchen. The building is structurally sound. The heating, plumbing and electrical systems have recently been upgraded.
